When watermelon season is in full force, try this smooth, cold gin cocktail. With each sip you’ll get a salty and spicy accent with your sweet watermelon. Add some tropical color to the rim of your glass with a cube of ice cold watermelon. This drink will feel like the best summer memories of watermelon on the porch.[columns_row width=”third-and-two-thirds”] [column]Ingredients

* To make watermelon juice, cut the meat of a watermelon from the rinds. Cut into cubes and deseed it. Place in a blender and puree until smooth. At this point you can use it just like it is or strain it if you prefer no pulp. It’s entirely up to you.
